An advance warning buoy with multiple functions

Create a device, that builds on a buoy, in order to measure marine life in the ocean and some data. Which can warning swimmers, include UV(UV sensor), HAB(Image/NASA data), wave diagram(G-Sensor), shark(Sonar), jellyfish(Image), and sea-quake(NASA data).
