Create a medium to help people understand energy output from a solar panel, and a tool to plan energy consumption based on expected energy output from solar technologies.

Solar energy technologies are the important part of the current life and Earch's resourse preservation.We imply affordable and adaptable solution to manage and monitoring both energy mining and output.

Target problem:

Solar energy technologies important part of the current life and resourses preservation for audience.
And it have unsolved problems now:
1. The expensive and complex equipment
2. The instability of a this source of energy that depends on the weather.

So
It’s a question of life cost for farmers

And demanded environment to survive for the Mars colonizers

How do we implement this? Our solution is affordable and adaptable.
Contains of Hardware Device and Application

Hardware part consist of microcontroller based Device with sensors, capacitors, PV panels and energy harvesting system with solar batteries. You can configure all PV panels types and batteries you have.

Application manage:

  • All photovoltaic panels mining and status
  • Solar batteries charging and condition
  • All energy-consuming equipments and activity of the house / the Hi-Seas Habitat / completely nonvolatile stations
  • Thorough and quality monitoring
  • Power budget with equipment and battaries configuration
  • Analyzer of daily survival power consumption for the required period and daily energy mining at the Meteorological date from NASA and life data
  • LifeSupport equipment protection and supply even low resources available

We planned and create easy system of configuration your energy mining and сonsumption. Real-time data of efficiency affected by environment conditions.

Our solution сontains tools that make the use of Solar energy manageable, predictable and convenient for all these missions. And made them Affordable and Life-supplying.


What is done during the challenge:

We created Application with:
Planner for equipment and forecasting
Hardware device monitoring and power budget
Battery configurator

And physical prototype-emulator of our Hardware Device.
Battery and microcontroller

It's lovely working together and we can manage energy charging, consumption and switch on/off different majority equipment depending on the energy availability.
So in case of 1 of the photovoltaic panels broke and we haven't enough energy for the needs like light in house, system will should down this tasks and pass only for LifeSupport equipment e
nergy supply.
