Our mission is to provide an easy and comfortable experience to help everyone live an healthy life while making our environment better.
The challange we faced was to find a way to help people live an healthier life in order to make out environment cleaner. We called our solution "Smartyes", an app that helps you find how healthy a place is, plan your daily outdoor activities and share them with your friends.
The purpose of our App is to promote the "GREEN" and "SMART" culture by tapping into topics such as pollution, traffic and lack of services tailored to our needs, all using modern technologies and encouraging a meeting between nature and technology.
The app is also a game where you gain points for every action you make that helps the nature. Those points could then be spent on local eco-friendly market to get discounts. We used satellite data to provide hints about the pollution of an area and Google Maps services to provides the places and maps. We also used facebook and other social networks API.
SpaceApps is a NASA incubator innovation program.
