Manager is an accessory or a portable device which can immediately upload the weather data and share the precise information with other user.
There are several harmful factors exist in the weather and how to detect them has become a problem we need to solve. Although the weather bureau provide the data, it is not accurate enough because the observatories are located in the specific place with few people. We invent the device to upload data by our user and limit the detecting range, so the accuracy would be enhanced. We believe that our device will make people have smarter life when they go outside.
