Radar Cloud Echo Random Simulator

This small program can simulate cloud echoes for a plan position indicator radar display. Program is intended to use for training cadets to serve as Air Force meteorologists. Radar weather reconnaissance skills can be easily established without hardware.
Project is developed using QT.
Several scenarios for cloud echoes motion are included. These scenarios can be changed by overwriting (adding) simple text files in the program folder.
The main problem was to draw a random target from the isolated points avoiding their overcrowding in the central part of the target generated. The appropriate mathematical apparatus (using mathematical analysis, theory of probability etc.) was prepared to create non-repeating realistic uniform cloud shadows.
Several GUI controls can start and stop simulation, change time acceleration settings. Each random simulation may be repeated.
