The Challenge | Where the Genes Flow

Map and compare population genetics of a species with landscape features, climate conditions, and human activities in a region to identify potential barriers or facilitators to gene migration and local adaptation.

Genome Match

The project detects the location domain of a particular species by it's genome sequence and matches it's neighbourhood species. Our unsupervised learning algorithm can control the characteristic behaviour of species.

ECO_PSTU

We are living in a world of technology but still some problems could not be solved think about if we can grow forest on the desert or we can eradicate the creatures which are harmful for ecosystem and replace them with helpful creatures. What about we can solve cancer diabetics? What about the astronauts plant a large quantity of tree in mars and live there happily without oxygen masks.Basically its all going to be true if we can control our genome sequence.

We have used NASA data in our project, we have tested our project on 8500 genome sequence and got a better output.

We have tried to gather some knowledge from the genome sequences and our algorithm becomes smarter in manipulating data, so the efficiency will increase as the program gets more data. Using a clustering method it becomes very easy to match relevant data. Our newer algorithm has less complexity comparing traditional algorithm..
