Project for a platform of flood mapping risk.
Based on landscape measures, flood historic, and rain forecast, this platform aims to show on time flood situation and risk areas for a short term period with a simple map interface. After collecting and tuning future data, on the post implementation period, it would also recalculate its own results with that of reality to auto improve the data processing for long term future prediction.
