Space Waters | Where's the Water?

The Challenge | Where's the Water?

Use satellite and other data to allow farmers, landowners, and land managers in your locale to identify and visualize water resources in their surroundings.

The World Water Bank

the world water bank preserves and increases a vital resource: potable water, the bank forces the ones that pollute the water to pay a fine and uses the money to create new fresh water resources

Space Waters

Imagine a world where who pollutes water has to pay fines and the money collected with them is used to increase water resources. How? well, our idea consists in creating a "global map of water consumes" that should manage the water by a specific classification, the depuration systems and how it the water is used. So how does it work? We gather data through satellites and a global network of low-cost sensors, plus we provide an app where users can compare the data through time and report pollution in their area. We aim to raise the global awareness with school educative programs.
