Simplified WebApp to determine soil moisture data in your neighborhood

We built a Webapp so various stakeholders can in a very simplified manner view relevant data. Data they can view include soil moisture, groundwater level, temperature and wind. This facilitate's existing water conservation practices. It will also allow a stakeholder to make a more informed decision. Commercial application include real estate development and disaster prevention (Eg. droughts).
