Space Apps Challenge 2017

Our local TV interview, our project support the local community by providing high accuracy location shearing with information about the danger that the people face then provide these information for 911 to help with managing resources, priorities and save people lives in no time using our platform as a dashboard for 911.

The Mobile Application is up and running

Now the users can provide there locations and there status, the data will be updated to the Fire Fighter admin panel in real time along with all the user data and there status so the fire fighter can determine which user has the priority to rescue and contact the ones who have to evacuate.

We used LANCE: NASA Near Real time data imagery,to create a fire fighting management system, the system provides NASA FIRMS to allow the firefighters and the citizens to communicate in real-time .

the firefighter sees the hot-spots provided from NASA also the users provided locations around the fire and their status from the fire and there is 3 Status, the first one (In-Danger), which has the highest priority, The second one is (Safe), Which applies to the evacuation plan and the third one is (Passing by) which only provide data about the fire range alongside the past two.

The System provides the firefighters with the weather status for any given moment about the current location or any location they choose, the System also provides the firefighters with the nearest hospitals, fire stations and police stations with a search radius of their choice with two methods to reach the required location, either walking or driving.

The application allow the users to select their age and health status along with their contact information and their current location, to help the firefighters to assign the best resources for them.
