Saturday, April 29th
  1. Registration Check

    All the Registered Participants acknowledge there presence followed by simultaneous Ice-Breaking Sessions.

  2. HACK101

    NASA SpaceApps 2017 would be explained and problem statements would be discussed. All the participants would be introduced to NASA Open Data and the judging criteria.

  3. Hacking Begins

    Participants are expected to get a sense of problem statements by now. Hack Begins. Participants would be given HackerSpace, some plug points and a good WiFi Connection.

  4. Lunch

    Take a break, Relax!

  5. HackShop Opens

    Hardware components will be given to the Teams, if required, on a First-Come-First-Serve basis.

  6. Open Mentor Hours

    Mentors from diverse backgrounds would be accessible to all the participants.

  7. Dinner

    Fuel Up!

Sunday, April 30th
  1. Midnight Munchies

    Snacks and Caffeine will be provided to the hackers to keep up with the energy!

  2. Team Acknowledgement

    Final Team List would be prepared for scheduling the presentations.

  3. Breakfast

    Relax For a While!

  4. Practice Presentations

    Time will be given to better help the hackers with their own mock presentation.

  5. Final Presentations

    The time for the participants to Show Off their hard work done during the SpaceAppsChallenge!

  6. Judges Deliberation and Feedback Session

    Participants will be reminded to focus on giving kind, specific and helpful feedback.

  7. Closing Ceremony and Results
