Space Apps Challenge 2017

The fist challenge we faced was actually understanding what we were being asked for. After reading several times the information given we realised that this was the proposal that we had liked the most.

So first,we prepared the index of the steps to be followed. This way we decided that we had to:

1) Find a clear and proper definition of what solar panels are in order to achieve that costumers really understad how they work and their advantages. We would collect all this information in sketches or in some presentation, that could be used to create videos or images for new users.

2) Look for solutions or tools that make possible letting costumers know how much electricity they are using and comparing with how much is being produced. We were thinjking about an app but we actuallly dotn have any idea of how to develope that kind of software.

3) Apply all this information to the Hi-seas experiment taking place in hawaii, studying its daily and monthly electric waste in order to see how much electricity needs to be produced, so we can define the number of solar panels necessary.

4) Prepare a presetation gathering all the informatio abot solar panels and all the job done.
